Lucilla Arcaleni graduated in Political Science at the University of Perugia.
She has been formed professionally at the office of European Projects at the University of Perugia with which, from 2006 to 2012, has developed a thorough knowledge of EU programmes: FP7, LLP, Life +, Safer Internet, Sustainable Tourism Promotion – DG Enterprise and Industry.
She collaborated with istitutions of the business world (SFCU and Umbria Export respectively training agency and agency for the ‘internationalization of Confindustria Umbria) completing her expertise with the knowledge of EU programmes with different aims (Progress and Europeaid).
She is now working as trainer on EU Funding and as consultant in public and private entities for the design, management and financial reporting of EU projects.
At the University of Perugia she is external expert for European Assessment Protocol for Children’s SEL Skills – EAP_SEL (527206-LLP-1-2012-1-IT-COMENIUS-CMP) and Evidence Based Education. European Strategic Model for School Inclusion – EBE-EUSMOSI (Erasmus Plus – 2014-1-IT02-KA201-003578) and also for the new programme Horizon 2020.
